About Data Science Mini Courses:
Courses are available in flexible, part-time 12, 18, and 24-hour or formats for those who want to learn specialized topics rather than take a full bootcamp. Courses are organized by level with 100 being beginner levels.

Curriculum is designed to prepare students for jobs in data science related roles. Women and veterans receive 20% enrollment prices. For a complete listing please see mini courses.

To work with data, we must be able to store that data. Join us for a mini-course in which we focus on some of the most lucrative components of Data Science: Big Data and Databases.

Topics Include:

  • Big Data fundamentals
  • SQL, NoSQL, MySQL
  • Hadoop & Apache Spark
  • AWS

Prerequisites: Programming experience required. General Computer Science fluency preferred.  Individuals can also take Data Sci 203 and  Data Sci 109 and/or Data Sci 101 mini courses
